A Strange Friendship

A man was wandering through the jungle and came upon a snake.  The snake
began to speak to the man, offering a deal if the man was willing.  The
ants were growing in numbers. They were tormenting the snakes; often to the
point of death.  In return for the man protecting the snakes from the ants,
the snake offered a cure for those bitten by a snake as well as therapy for
other illnesses.
